The tariff for Lanna Hill House varies from season to season. Our peak periods are from November – February followed by June, July and August. We would encourage guests to book early for these periods as they are often reserved up to a year in advance. Although the weather in Chiang Mai makes it an all year round destination, other periods tend to be quieter and this is reflected in our full-service rates which range from 60,000 THB to 90,000 THB a week for the house, fully inclusive of our delicious breakfast . For groups of more than 4 a charge of 500 bht a day is levied for each additional guest, up to 10 in total. Guests can hire car and driver from 2,000 BHT per day for an SUV. English speaking drivers and available on request
