The tariff for Lanna Hill House varies from season to season. Our peak periods are from November – February followed by June, July and August. We would encourage guests to book early for these periods as they are often reserved up to a year in advance. Although the weather in Chiang Mai makes it an all year round destination, other periods tend to be quieter and this is reflected in our full-service rates which range from 60,000 THB to 90,000 THB a week for the house, fully inclusive of our delicious breakfast . For groups of more than 4 a charge of 500 bht a day is levied for each additional guest, up to 10 in total.
