The tariff for Lanna Hill House varies from season to season. Our peak periods are December and January followed by April and August. We would encourage guests to book early for these periods as they are often reserved up to a year in advance. Although the weather in Chiang Mai makes it an all year round destination, other periods tend to be quieter and this is reflected in our rates which range from £1,500 to £2,250 a week for the house, fully inclusive of our delicious breakfast for groups of up to 10 guests.
